Hanmaeum BBQ - Nguyễn Huệ 한마음정육식당 응우옌 후에점 - Korean restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Staffs are so kind and professional. Clean and no smoke in restaurant, very good ventilation system

The food is really good and the waiters provided pretty nice service. It’s good to know this place!!!

So many side dishes! Never seen so much in Singapore Korean restaurants. Came on a Mon evening, we can just walk in. Service is v prompt. Staff grills for us. As what the other reviewers said, they serve ice water free.

Very disappointing experience. The food we ordered was more than enough for our group, but the waitress was extremely rude and kept pressuring us to order more dishes. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout the meal. Customers should be able to enjoy their food without being pushed into spending more money. While the food itself was acceptable, the poor attitude and unprofessional service completely ruined the experience. I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training to their staff. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

Disappointing.. Walked in the door at 9pm to be told they closed in an hour..OK. Food was cooked in front of us at a speed that made me feel I was in an eating competition. No service or interaction from the bbq girl. 935pm my bill was brought out to me whilst I was still eating. I'm unsure if the manager is aware that there staff are more concerned about kicking customers out rather than providing nice service. Food was good but service rushed and not welcoming.
