Juno Hair HCM is an amazing salon! The place is stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. Even the washroom was spotlessly clean. It was my first time getting a perm. Although my hair was naturally smooth, it was also quite dry, so I was worried whether it could withstand the perming process. I consulted Maestro Joo, the director, we proceeded with the plan😊😊 Despite being busy attending to other customers, he never forgot about me. He kept checking on my hair throughout the process, and so did his attentive assistants. Initially, I was really concerned that my hair would be be damaged by the perming chemicals, but seeing Joo and his team constantly monitoring and caring for my hair gave me so much reassurance. One of my favorite parts of the experience was the hair wash. It was incredibly relaxing, and even the warm eye mask they placed over my eyes smelled so lovely. It was such a small touch, but it made the whole experience feel luxurious and soothing. I’m so happy with the final result! The perm turned out beautifully, and my hair still feels soft. I’ll definitely be back for hair treatments the next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you, Joo and the entire team, for making my first perm such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
Joo (director) was very attentive to detail. He picked out the most suitable hairstyle version for me based on a rough idea of what I want, on my daily styling routine (blow dry, no curling,…) and also my natural hair texture. Spent a decent amount of time on my haircut. Joo had to work with my previous failed haircut (from another place), so I’m happy my hair turns out great this time! Tanie (Joo’s assistant) was warm, attentive and facilitated a smooth experience. Joo speaks mostly Korean (and some English) so thank you Tanie for the hair-related translation! Tanie also did a brief color analysis for my skin to help me pick future hair colors. The salon was spacious, filled with sunlight. Hair wash area was private and comfortable. Relaxing scent. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Would recommend this salon to friends and family for the salon ambience and haircut service (haven’t tried other treatments).
I had such an amazing experience at Juno Hair and I completely understand why this salon is so well-known in Korea ✨ The salon is stunning with its stylish interior, complemented by trendy techniques, professional staffs, and an exceptional commitment to detail and client care. I chose the hair designer Min for my digital perm and I highly, highly recommend her 🫶 She was incredibly attentive and professional from beginning to end. She gave me amazing advice on which haircut would suit my face shape best while still respecting the style I wanted. I also really appreciated her recommendations about future hair colors I could do based on my makeup and complexion. The final result was SO cute and elegant 😭✨ My digital perm looks very natural, soft, and easy to style every day ☺️ exactly the hairstyle I wanted! The customer service was honestly exceptional and made the whole experience even better. They offered drinks during the appointment, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they even gave me an umbrella when I left to protect my perm from the rain 🥹 Theses small details really show how much they care about their clients. A special thank you as well to Min’s assistant Khan, who was very gentle, attentive, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She constantly made sure I was comfortable, and worked very carefully. Honestly one of the best hair salon experiences I’ve ever had. I 100% recommend this salon to anyone looking for real Korean hair expertise in Ho Chi Minh, personalized advice, trendy styles, and premium customer service 💖
