It was my first time visiting Saigon and I’m so glad I booked this homestay 🫶 The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I really liked the self check-in/check-out system because it felt very convenient and comfortable, but there was still staff available whenever I needed support. The location was also great, with lots of food and coffee shops nearby. Perfect for couples or anyone looking for a peaceful stay 💛

The only thing was good about the place was the location. I fount the room was not cleaned before I checked in. there was hairs on the floor. There was a washing machine for sure, but that was not connected with with any water supply, needless to say that was very old and dirty, There was no toilet paper or tissue in the room. There was an iron but no ironing board. I informed the property about these and they replied with thanks and this will help them to improve their service. I requested them to clean my room but it was done in the three days I stayed there. Well, it is a cheap accommodation and they offered what I paid for, but again said that at least I can expect a clean room.
Not trust worthy at all! If you wanna experience kicking out in the middle of your contract ( even though you’re a foreigner they don’t care ) I rented this place and complained about no hot water for a few months they let me shower in the next building for a few times. Still no solution. Ended up they told me I have to move because of the government ask them to fix something. They only gave me 10 day’s notice and I was really busy at work during those days. They don’t care. And you know what ?? I talked to my neighbors and no one knows about this issue so it’s only me moving out!! So fake and so ridiculous!
