소고기 필라프는 폭신하고 적당히 기름지게 나오는데, 쌀과 당근과 고기의 비율을 맞추는 데만 몇 시간이 걸리는 그런 요리다. 만티 — 중앙아시아 식탁의 중심인 찐 만두 — 는 넉넉한 크기에 먹는 내내 든든하다. 향신료로 버무린 당근 피클 샐러드인 모르코브차는 기름진 메인 요리들의 느끼함을 깔끔하게 잡아준다. 정성스럽게 플레이팅된 룰라 케밥은 양파와 당근 피클을 곁들여 나온다. 국물 요리를 원한다면, 손으로 뽑은 면을 넣은 수프 라그만이 메뉴를 완성한다.
양은 넉넉하고, 재료는 미리 손질해두지 않은 신선한 맛이 난다. 주인이 직접 자리를 지키며 손님을 맞이하는 덕분에, 레스토랑이라기보다 가정집 식탁 같은 분위기가 느껴진다. 저녁에만 문을 열어 오후 5시부터 영업하며, 이 동네를 장악한 베트남 음식점과 서양 식당과는 확연히 다른 무언가를 찾는 손님들이 찾아온다.
미리 알아두면 좋은 실용적인 정보가 몇 가지 있다. 카드 결제가 되지 않으니 현금을 챙겨야 한다. 번화한 거리에 위치해 있어 찾는 데 잠시 시간이 걸릴 수 있다. 서비스는 여유로운 속도로 진행되어 느긋한 저녁 식사를 즐기기에는 좋지만, 서두르는 손님에게는 다소 답답하게 느껴질 수 있다.

We ordered two chicken doners through Grab, but only one was delivered. The doner we received had only a few pieces of chicken and was mostly filled with onions. It looked nothing like the photos. The bread was rock hard, and what we got barely resembled a real doner. It was a terrible experience and a huge disappointment. We truly regret ordering from this place. We definitely do not recommend it.
It tastes as good as it looks. Just wish that the portion is a big for filling (Im a small girl btw). Anyway Alhamdoulilah i hope you guys keep it going w this. This is amazing!
The food was very delicious and beautifully presented. The beef was tender, juicy, and flavorful, the sauce was perfectly seasoned, and the bread was aromatic — everything blended together really well👍
I ordered it without high expectations, but it turned out to be a really solid dish. The chicken was juicy, properly grilled, with a nice smoky flavor, not dry like it often is. The fries were crispy without that old-oil taste. The pickled onions weren’t just for decoration either, they actually refreshed the flavor of the meat. The sauce was rich and flavorful, while the pickles balanced everything out perfectly. You can tell this dish wasn’t thrown together just to complete an order, there was real thought behind the flavor combinations. For the price, it’s far better than most delivery meals.
