We went to Long Wang for dinner, and in the evening the place was really busy with lots of different groups of customers — couples, groups of friends, small families, and even big family gatherings. The atmosphere felt lively but still comfortable. The staff here were honestly very sweet, attentive, and super supportive throughout the whole meal. Even when it got crowded, they still served everyone enthusiastically and made us feel very welcomed. The menu has a huge variety of options, from vegetables and mushrooms to different kinds of meat, fish, and seafood. The restaurant itself is also very spacious and airy, with two floors, so even though there were many people, it didn’t feel too cramped. What I personally liked is that the food feels quite healthy since most of it is steamed. Underneath the steamer, they also cook porridge, which absorbs all the flavors from the ingredients above. The porridge portion for two people was honestly huge and very filling, so you might want to consider ordering a bit less food than you think 😅 The dipping sauce station was also really good. Long Wharf’s signature sauce recipe was delicious, and there were many different condiments and sauces to choose from. The dessert section was surprisingly nice too — especially the panna cotta. It was so good that I ended up eating three cups by myself 😭 There were also fruits and many other side options available. Overall, I’d definitely give this place 5 stars for the food quality, service, atmosphere, and overall dining experience. It’s the kind of restaurant that makes you want to come back again. Highly, highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice place to gather and have a satisfying meal.
