Not only did it lack privacy (gotta love hearing loud snoring!), lying on a sofa bed for a back massage felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.\n\nMassage was mediocre with little technique or strength, the masseuse was rubbing around most of the time. It is a small place, but cozy and kept very clean. The highlight for me was the Korean-style sauna, which feels authentic and calming. The spa offers both massage and sauna services, and the Vietnamese staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, making the visit feel comfortable from start to finish. One thing to note is that there is no direct car parking in front of the spa, but there is a parking spot nearby, so it’s still convenient. We arrived 15 minutes early, were given tea, and kept being asked if we were ready. We were quickly taken upstairs, rushed to change, and the atmosphere felt tense😖. Some staff were polite, but others were arrogant and unfriendly.\n\nNo one asked about pressure level, injuries, or areas to avoid, which is basic in any professional spa 😡Overall, this felt careless and very unprofessional.
