I had the Siagon Sizzling Beef which I’ve had in a number of places in Vietnam.  It had a very nice spice without heat (it did have a hot pepper 🌶️ on the edge of the hot griddle).  My milk coffee was also delicious, without the sometimes excessively sweetness that comes with Vietnamese coffee.  Also had the oblatory pics with the bears at every seating area.  The prices were surprisingly reasonable especially for dinner. Table seating was well spread out so that you weren’t competing for sound space.
