I ordered at 12:05. I ordered grilled skewers, and the staff told me it would take a bit longer, about 25 minutes. That was fine, I was willing to wait. But by 12:50, I saw customers who came in after me getting their skewers first. When I asked to pay the bill, the staff responded with an annoyed attitude, saying they had already told me the skewers would take a long time—then only after that did they bring out the tray of grilled food.\n\nGuys, lunch break ends at 1:00. Customers need to get back to the office to work.
