음료 메뉴는 장인 정신과 원재료 선별을 중심으로 구성되어 있다. 콤부차는 야자 설탕, 꿀, 스노우샨 티를 사용해 자체 제조하며, 오후의 더위를 버텨낼 만큼 적절한 새콤함으로 발효된다. 말차는 사이공의 다른 카페들이 흔히 쓰는 일반 블렌드 대신 일본에서 직수입한다. 유기농 phin 커피는 시그니처 메뉴인 OpenHive Tea — 차갑게 즐기는 허브 블렌드 — 와 나란히 자리하며, 로컬 카카오가 논커피 옵션을 완성한다. 낮이 저물 무렵에는 바에서 엄선된 레드 와인과 위스키도 선보인다. 낮 카페로서는 이례적인 면모로, 이 공간이 오래 머무는 것을 전제로 설계되었음을 보여준다.

I had a Vietnamese coffee, but I didn’t like the taste at all. Still, it seems like a good place to hang out or get some work done—extremely quiet.
Wonderful design, however, the service is not at its finest. I’ve ordered a simple pastry, that normally would take just a few minutes to serve…But this one took no less than 15… yet, no one informed me about it. Seriously, a steak in a restaurant takes less sometimes to get. .. Quite a frustrating experience it was.
Accidentally went to this place on its opening day. Ordered a croissant & kombucha which cant be better. Cozy and warmth coffee shop hiding away from the busy street. Good for people who want a short escape from the hustle city.
