Pink Coffee는 Trần Ngọc Diện의 한 자리를 조용히 차지하며, 이름이 암시하는 것 이상을 묵묵히 내어놓는 곳이다. 1층 카페는 주 7일 24시간 문을 열어, 자정이면 대부분의 가게가 닫히는 이 동네에서 보기 드문 거점 역할을 한다. 개방형 좌석 공간은 쾌적한 온도와 느긋한 분위기를 유지하며, 오전 시간을 노트북과 함께 보내러 오는 이들과 어지간한 저녁 시간을 한참 넘겨 도착하는 일행 모두를 끌어들인다.
커피 메뉴는 일반적인 Thao Dien 카페보다 폭넓고, 주방은 현지인도 쉽게 예상하지 못할 방향을 택한다. 부드러운 러시아식 커드 팬케이크인 syrniki는 리뷰에서 이름이 직접 거론될 만큼 호평을 받았으며, 이탈리아 기본 요리와 두 전통 사이를 자연스럽게 오가는 fusion 플레이트도 함께 선보인다. 음식은 무겁기보다는 신선하고 양념이 잘 어우러지는 편으로, 하루 종일 운영하는 형태에 잘 맞아떨어진다. 가격은 이 동네 중간 가격대를 따르며 프리미엄급으로는 올라가지 않는다.
직원들은 꾸준히 호평을 받는다. café sua da가 예상보다 늦게 나왔을 때 먼저 눈치채고, 말하지 않아도 요금을 빼줄 만큼 세심하다는 평이다. 이런 작은 배려는 여러 리뷰에 반복적으로 등장하며, 인테리어 못지않게 이 공간의 분위기를 만들어낸다.
알아두면 유용한 사실이 하나 있다. 위층은 같은 주소를 공유하는 별개의 공간, Bearloga Bar로 운영된다. 여러 리뷰에서 언급되는 러시아 음식은 대부분 이곳에서 비롯된 것이므로, syrniki나 더 든든한 식사 메뉴를 원하는 방문객은 위층을 찾아야 한다. 1층 카페는 커피와 케이크, 가벼운 먹거리를 담당한다. 두 층을 합치면 새벽의 에스프레소 한 잔부터 한낮의 제대로 된 brunch까지, 각각 단독으로는 채울 수 없는 폭넓은 상황을 커버하게 된다.
We came here for brunch and WOW - the food is absolutely delicious! So fresh, amazing spices and the syrniki is dangerously good! We also had a great server - Alex! Great atmosphere. 1000/10 recommend and will be coming back!! Note: this restaurant is actually called Bearloga Bar (top floor)
This place is great! Atmosphere is very chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority, and they truly care about your experience. Food is pretty good, some italian classics, some russian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in thao dien (VN). Everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best experience lets not forget they have the best shishas in thao dien Q2. Highly recommend. Go visit and dine in.
