The cafe is split between two rooms with 20+ cats with varying states of health. The worst I saw was an American fold ginger with at minimum dirty ear waxed ears and at worst an infection of some kind. A large Gray Maine Coon was essentially fully shaven with a clear pink bald spot on its right hind leg. I saw at most 4 litter boxes in one small showerish area for the cats to use. There was relatively loud pop music playing and no employees went to stop a child that was making extremely loud noises right next to the cats. At maximum I saw two employees. There were not enough scratching posts for all these cats. The only one was a mangled cat tower that barely had any scratching medium left. The walls are covered in branding instead of actual high places and climbing shelves for the cats to escape to if they tire of the customers. There was no clear signage dictating rules for how to interact with the cats properly. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but \"at least it's better than the streets\" isn't much of bar to exceed.\n\nThe snacks and drinks are mediocre though I appreciate they labeled everything with English and Vietnamese.\n\nI would recommend you visit Méo Meo Cat Cafe instead for a calmer atmosphere and better taken cats. Take the elevator from the basement to floor three, take off your shoes, and continue up the stairs to the 4th floor.
