It sounds like an unusual combination at first, but the sweetness of the mango works very well with the richness of the salmon. I also highly recommend the soft-shell crab salad, which is another dish I keep coming back for.\n\nThe menu is very extensive, so there’s something for everyone—from sushi and sashimi to maki, tempura, grilled dishes, ramen and rice bowls. It’s especially convenient for groups with different tastes.\n\nThe Nguyen Thai Hoc branch is easy to reach and very central, although it can get quite busy and noisy during peak hours. I usually come around 11am for lunch or 6pm for dinner for a more comfortable experience.\n\nThe staff are friendly and the ordering system is easy enough with the QR menu. There’s also an English menu, which is helpful for international visitors.\n\nOverall, definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a Japanese restaurant in District 1. And please trust me on the mango salmon.
