This place had very fresh seafood imported from Japan. Chef was a work of art himself. We loved it. Also notable were the very friendly and attentive staff.  The preparation area looks clean enough and all that but I personally had to commence my meal by killing ants and flies. Well in spite  an overall pleasant and enjoyable experience I have to minus one star for the obvious signs of a poorly maintained restaurant. Such as the numerous ants and tiny flies running around  ( very annoying ones ). Also the walls by the entrance show signs of a persistent water leak and stains. Kind of what you sometimes see in vacant houses. The main door was also giving trouble opening and closing. It’s tucked away on a small street just off Nguyen Hue walking street. The staff were attentive and thoughtful. As for the food — the freshness and quality were absolutely top-notch. Each piece of sushi just melted in my mouth.
