The Cloud - Bar in Ho Chi Minh City

Very good service and beautiful location. Staffs gave me a birthday cake, very nice and much appreciated. Fantastic view.

The Cloud Lounge...a fine tourist's experience to get a glimpse of HCMC from above without crowds. Overall service is professional and welcoming, from front desk to the lounge on directions and clear on the time to prepare for the afternoon tea special. Also coffee and mocktails were pleasant to spend the time here. The view is a bit hazy before 5 pm, but can still make out bitexco tower and ba son bridge, a ferris wheel for a nearby theme park, and many buildings that make HCMC a Metropolis. Also costs add up with the 5 pc service charge and 8 pc VAT added on the bill here. Perhaps a unique experience on a stay or Vincom Center stop here.

Today was my first time visiting The Cloud for afternoon tea. The restaurant's atmosphere is very luxurious, which made me feel comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and supported me enthusiastically throughout my entire visit. A special thank you goes to Bella for always taking care of me and making me feel right at home. I also want to thank the bartender who gave me two beautifully decorated latte art designs (I apologize for not knowing your name). I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I recently visited the Marriott Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for breakfast and drinks with my son, and it was an amazing experience! The coffee was excellent, and the Vietnamese sandwiches were absolutely delicious. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional service provided by Trang, our waitress. She was professional, kind, and very helpful. Trang even assisted us in signing up for a membership, making the process smooth and enjoyable. The view from the hotel was stunning—so gorgeous and relaxing. It made our time there feel extra special. I would highly recommend the Marriott Hotel for anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a beautiful, chill atmosphere. Thank you for a memorable experience!

We had the most amazing experience at Cloud! This was my first time in Vietnam, and we had been hitting all the tourist spots, including the landmark. Thank goodness we stumbled across the Cloud bar. The service was incredible, Phuoc was so kind and patient with us & very attentive, he made our visit so much more enjoyable. The food and cocktails were delicious, really amazing that Phuoc let us know about ladies night - the food was high quality, and the drinks were nice and strong. On top of that, the views are just insane. Thank you so much, Phuoc and the Cloud team! We’ll be back for sure (and we’ll bring all of our New Zealand friends too!)
