Yasaka Sushi - Japanese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

The restaurant was excellent, with fresh-tasting fish. I highly recommend the salmon sashimi, soup, and beef. The flavors were exceptional, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out.

Sushi is the best choice, rolled large and delicious. The sashimi was not good, fresh but very small and very thin, the sashimi scallops were eaten like cake, mix with fish or something else The food arrived at the table so... slowly, i near sleepy many times About 600k/2 adults. 10% discount on invoice

Hands down the worst restaurant I’ve visited in Saigon. Their rolls are filled with mostly rice, and tiny pieces of fish that you can’t even taste. The shashimi salad was doused with cheap sauce which tasted like thousand island from a convinces store and mayo. The high ratings likely come from their good prices on sashimi, which I haven’t actually tried.

It was my son’s birthday and I book a table about 1 hour in advance. The restaraunt has a good review on google maps, so I trusted and decided to book a table. The salad was good, sashimi and rolls were so so. But they cooked sooooooo slow. I preordered because they asked, but when I arrived I have to wait 20 mins for the salad, 1 hour for sashimi. I was the only one client at that time. They asked to wait because they have many online orders but there was only one grab shipper waiting for the udon and after waiting for 25 mins, he left without taking the order. NO ONE else. After waiting for 1 hour but less than half of my food arrived on the table. This place gave me really bad experience. They gave me 10% discount but it couldn’t compesate all my dissapointment because all my kids were left hungry. If the owner reads this message hopefully they will change otherwise there only one way to close the restaurant forever.

Very private & nice food - not too expensive. I think the owner like to fish. A bit long waiting time due to private restaurant . Overall good neighborhood sushi place
