There were several flavor combinations and preparations that I hadn’t experienced at other omakase restaurants before. Rather than simply following familiar trends, Yui seems to have its own personality and approach, which made the experience much more interesting.\n\nThe ingredients were fresh and beautifully presented, and you can really feel the thought and attention that went into each course. Since this was still a soft opening, there are naturally a few small details that can be refined over time, but the overall experience already felt very promising.\n\nThe space is intimate and elegant, and watching the chef prepare each course made the evening feel personal and engaging.\n\nThank you for inviting me to experience Yui before the official opening.
