For Vietnamese food, the portions are generous. ) 4, if I count my French fries.\n\nSo 2 steaks, a steak salad, French fries, pineapple juice and a coconut just under 19 quid. Good value for money.\n\nThis time, they have managed to bring out my wife’s and my steaks at the same time. Also they have cooked my steak as I have requested.\n\nAlthough it didn't make much difference, because I had to wait for my French fries.\n\nIt took so long, when it came out,  I have asked the waitress to take my steak back to the kitchen and put it on the grill for a bit.\nFor sure it didn't happen, because the steak was COLD.\n\nAlthough my wife hasn't finished hers just then, so we have managed to eat for couple of minutes together. Even if my steak was cold.\n\nThe positives:\n\nThe same thing why we have chosen this restaurant for start. A wide range of western and Vietnamese food.\n\nGood value for money.\n\nSomeone in the reviews complained about the peppercorn sauce being tasteless. I have to disagree with that. The peppercorn sauce is very peppery. There is nothing wrong with it.\n\nThe space has  potential, but they don't seem to be able to get their act right.\n\nIt's not a good place.\n\nFor me the basic minimum to consider a place good, is to be able to bring the foods out at the same time or within a minute.\nEverything else comes after that.\n\nVery few places in Saigon seem to understand the concept not ruining the dining experience with making one part of a couple eating alone or waiting for the other food and having the first food going cold.\n\nThey have failed at this for start. My food came out definitely 5 minutes after my wife's. Probably closer to 10, then 5.\n\nNow the positives.\nThey have a wide selection of Vietnamese and western food, so both my wife and me can find something to eat in the same restaurant.\nShe wants to give them another chance, so we will come back.\n\nThe food.\nMy wife’s Vietnamese food was delicious and nice portion.\n\nOn the other hand my burger was a challenge for them.\nI have asked during the order to make it very well done.\nIt still came out all the way pink. I had to send it back to the kitchen to fry it longer. 2nd time came out slightly better and it became OKish.\n\nThe bun wasn't anything special, a bit of toasting would have made some difference.\n\nThe pattie was well seasoned though.\n\nVery small burger with a bit of lettuce and 2 slices of tomato.\n\nThe chips was surprisingly better, than in most places. Although only few of them.
