Big Boss Bistro - Sandwich & Smash Burger - Sandwich shop in Ho Chi Minh City

A sandwich and burger joint. I ordered via delivery. The burger was simple and straightforward, but their buns are so good. Despite having plenty of sauce and juices, the bread never got soggy and stayed clean, which was really impressive. This time, I tried one with the fun name "Hadouken." It was packed with fillings and very satisfying, making me think their other sandwiches are likely great too. However, the ciabatta bread was quite chewy and felt a bit heavy against the filling. A lighter bread might suit my taste better.

Gone down hill unfortunately, the cheese and ham used to be great but now very average. Been served a warm Coke Zero and been told the toilet not working kinda just made it just overall bad. I used to enjoy this place but I feel there are much better options.

Genuinely couldn't recommend this place enough. First day in HCM went here for a quick scran, ended up going there for breakfast everyday. The sandwiches/burgers/breakfast all top drawer and the staff are all friendly guys willing to accommodate if you want to change/add stuff. Favourite sandwich shop in the whole of 🇻🇳.

When i called the hotline to ask abt parking and the guy told me to just lock my bike downstairs. Was shocked and was abt to leave then he called me back and said i can leave it to the guy to keep it. We were the only customers, but very hard to get their attention. After tried 2 sandwiches we decided to share a third. When they brought the club, they didnt even clean the finished dishes. Cubano and Bourdain was nice but the club sandwich… did not look like photo, the sandwich was thick and not dry/ crunchy.

This place was phenomenal. The freshness, flavor and fullness experienced deserves an award. The quality of their ingredients and the portion size was worth my commute from District 9. I’m so glad I decided to visit. It was worth every moment it took to get here. Highly recommend 10/10
