Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment from the moment we sat down.\n\nTo start, we were served a small piece of garlic bread (which, by the way, ended up being the best thing we ate all night) and a piece of corn. Then came the so-called salads—if you can even call them that.\n\nAfter waiting about 20 minutes, the first plate of meat finally arrived. We were a party of six, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone to have a piece. To make matters worse, the meat was dry, incredibly chewy, and overwhelmingly salty.\n\nSmall plates continued to come out one after another, but every single one was the same—dry, tough, chewy, and far too salty. We then had to wait another 10 minutes or more between each serving. Eventually, we stopped asking for more food and just hoped that at least one of the beef dishes would be worth the wait. Unfortunately, not a single one was.\n\nAt 599,000 VND per person, this was easily the worst buffet I’ve had in my 4½ years of living here. We literally had to drink beer just to wash the food down. Needless to say, we left the restaurant still hungry, and our jaws were sore from all the chewing. We gave up and didn’t want to order anymore food cause it’s seems to be the same quality even though we were all still hungry it wasn’t worth it.\n\nI understand they’ve just opened, and I genuinely hope they improve because the concept has a lot of potential. However, opening a restaurant isn’t an excuse for serving poor-quality food. If you’re going to advertise an authentic Brazilian Churrasco buffet, the food should reflect that.
