This restaurant specializes in chicken noodle dishes. I particularly like their chicken noodle soup (bun thang) with shredded chicken; I've eaten it many times. Northern-style pho exactly doesn't come with bean sprouts. The broth is hot and flavorful, definitely worth trying in the area. The staff are quick and friendly.

Cat Tuong Tiệm Ăn CÁT TƯỜNG is a place we found while searching for a good bún chả spot — and it did not disappoint. Bún chả is one of my top three Vietnamese dishes, and while this place is also known for dishes like chicken pho (which we tried and enjoyed), the real highlight here is definitely the bún chả. The grilled pork is incredibly fragrant and perfectly charred, and the meatballs are juicy and full of flavor. What really makes it stand out is how the rich juices from the meat blend into the dipping sauce, creating a deep, savory flavor that coats the bún (rice noodles) and fresh herbs beautifully. I’ve had bún chả many times at different places, and often the noodles, herbs, meat, and sauce feel a bit separate. But here, everything comes together — the flavors are cohesive, and when you combine all the elements, it truly feels like one perfectly balanced dish. The meatballs are especially memorable — slightly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My partner even said this was the best dish he had during our entire trip to Vietnam — and I can absolutely see why.

Food here is mid and over priced. They said the extra noodles was free but then charged us for it. Also charged us for wet tissue too, that’s free at most restaurants. If it cost money then they shouldn’t be putting it on the table and not provide napkins. When the bill came, they just rounded up and won’t give us our small change. Be careful about this restaurant. I would not come back again.

Had this for our first meal and came back for our last meal!!! Highly recommend the Bun Cha and the Spring rolls. The chicken pho is very very flavourful. It screams chicken!!!! Food came real quick too. The owner is very enthusiastic and friendly. Can use google translate to communicate with him. The restaurant is very clean as well. 10/10.
