We stayed at Chams for around 2 months, they were always so lovely and welcoming. They went above and beyond to accommodate us throughout. The rooms are lovely and well kept. With an ideal design for a comfortable living or short stay. The location is ideal to access restaurants and cafes nearby all within a 5-10 min walk, whilst located in a quiet suburb. Thanks so much to Eden for all the help we loved staying here.
Firstly, I want to say how amazing Demi and her team are. From the moment we met she was helpful, kind and extremely thoughtful. Also have to say the beds are a delight!! After travelling around SEA for two month this was the comfiest, softest mattress and pillows. |We were staying in district 1 and wanted to escape the busy streets for something quieter. We jumped the metro to Thảo Điền to explore and choose a hotel. We came across Cham’s hotel and homestay, down a quiet leafy residential street. Demi welcomed us in and showed us the rooms that would be available. Each room had its own style and some had a small kitchenette. |On check-in Demi greeted us with a lunar new year boxed gift, and welcomed us to join her for some traditional Vietnamese celebration food. |The rooms are spacious, good AC, quality linen and delightful soft beds. The neighbourhood is quiet making for a peaceful sleep. There is also a projector to lie back and watch complimentary Netflix. Rooms are spotless. Demi provides high quality toiletries, which were a treat for me. The size of the rooms and location makes it great value for money. |The location was perfect, a short walk to the Metro and huge supermarket. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops all near by. The vibe in Thảo Điền is definitely more relaxed and certainly less busy. Highly recommend Cham’s and would definitely book again. |Traveller tip: |If you’re looking for a lazy day by the pool, I can highly recommend a public pool only 2 stops on the metro. The park is officially known as Văn Thánh Tourist Village. There is lots of green space and trees for shade, as well as the public pool. (100.000d) The metro stop is “Công viên Văn Thánh.”

Beautiful place and beautiful property management by the family, made us feel so welcome and comfortable super peaceful and relaxed stay. The room was very clean bed very comfortable, and the bath was great. Perfect location close to everything you need to access. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip back.
