Chérie Bar-Crafted Cocktails- Everyday happy hour to 21:00 - Cocktail bar in Ho Chi Minh City

This place has quickly become one of my favorite evening spots. I’ve visited three times now, and each experience has been consistently wonderful enough that I finally felt compelled to leave a review. The space is small, beautifully designed, and genuinely cozy—the kind of place where you immediately feel at ease. The cocktails are thoughtfully crafted, well-balanced, and delicious across the board. It is an ideal spot whether you want to unwind solo at the bar after a long day or catch up with a small group of friends over great drinks and easy conversation. Highly recommended if you appreciate a calm, intimate vibe.

A great little bar in Bình Thạnh. Great selection of cocktails, wines and spirits, with some delicious yakitori. Very friendly staffs and owner with great customer service. A must-visit!

I found Chérie Bar completely by accident while exploring, and it quickly became my favourite place in Saigon. As a solo traveller, it can get lonely at times - but this bar never feels that way. It’s small, welcoming, and set up so everyone naturally sits at the bar and talks. Locals and foreigners mix easily, and before you know it, you’re part of the group. Kim and Joy behind the bar are fantastic. They’re there most nights, incredibly friendly, speak excellent English, and genuinely make you feel like you belong. It feels less like a bar and more like a meeting place for friends - even if you go alone. Sapporo on tap is always ice cold and the cocktails are well made. The owner also pops in from time to time and is just as friendly and fun - but honestly, it’s the atmosphere that keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for a place for a drink, easy conversation, and a chance to meet new people, Chérie Bar is the perfect spot.

Small and cosy bar with a very intimate feel to it. The bartenders are so welcoming and friendly. We chatted on and off all night. Even though I only went for one or two drinks I ended up staying for 5 hours and had a really chilled time whilst I bored them with life stories 😆, the skills of a good bartender 😉.
