CHIIK Steak & Pasta Nguyễn Thị Thập - Italian restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I eat steak 3 to 4 times a week. cooking on the grill and at the local steak houses. I was a bit hesitant on having a steak here in Vietnam. But Chiik proved me wrong. I could not have grilled it better myself. Perfectly rare. Yes it is a bit pricey but at a great steak house in the US you are going to pay the same. So ignore the other reviews that talk about the way it is cut to make it look bigger. They ask you if you want it cut. If you all are from the states and have a craving for a good steak I recommend trying this place.

📍QUALITY dining for daters, GREAT set menus! CHILK was a well-known brand in social media & of course today we got to try it out. Their D7 branch seems to be less croweded; it’s possible to get a seating without prior booking. Dining space were warm, cozy, and nicely decorated with a flower vase (although it’s wrasp-based). Regardless, the asmophere was ideal for couples. They got a 949k set menu - very appealing & affordable for all the food we received. Appertizer - tottila wrapped in cottage - was tasty, enjoyable, and greatly seasoned. Their signature - the JUMBO pasta & steak was very on point; great portion & flavor. Suprisingly-nice date for less than 50$.

Easily a 5-star dish. The steak was perfectly cooked rare as requested. Tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The creamy sauce tied everything together beautifully, rich but balanced. The egg was done just right, adding that silky texture to each bite. The microgreens brought a fresh crunch that lifted the whole plate. Every bite was heaven, and the staff’s kindness made it even better. Truly their best dish.

Cool steakhouse in d7. Steaks are very good for the price. Decorations are not bad. Minus some points for the fake flowers though . Staff is overloaded. Will come back. Music is well selected.
