I was a bit hesitant on having a steak here in Vietnam. But Chiik proved me wrong. I could not have grilled it better myself. Perfectly rare. Yes it is a bit pricey but at a great steak house in the US you are going to pay the same. So ignore the other reviews that talk about the way it is cut to make it look bigger. They ask you if you want it cut.
