Decosy - Furniture store in Ho Chi Minh City

Decosy shipped me an old, decayed, and rusty shelf pretending it's new. I tried to wipe it off, hoping it's just stain. No, it's literal rust. They did manage to replace it, but only because I found out and complained. Imagined if I never found out and children in my house touches it. Given the price, you'd expect quality, not old, decayed garbage rotting in their warehouse. If you're buying anything here, double/triple check everything for damages, rust, decay. I've bought furnitures from many brands in HCM, this is by far the only one that's ever shipped something rusty to me. Feels more like a Shopee gamble than a reputable brand.

Quite Nice design, price is acceptable. I think sometimes the store needs a bit more staff for help. People are more professional than in other furniture stores I visited

There is no air conditioning so inside the store is very hot. There aren’t many options for home decoration but still can be visited
