I visited Gemini from a friend's online review and had such nice time having my hair cut there. The hair washing session was really relaxing I kind of dozed off a bit (I thought it was scalp care combined with hair washing too but it's not), and there's also a cute and tasty free drink menu. The haircut was nicely done too (my hair was handled carefully by Daisuke), and the ambiance atmosphere made the experience really cozy and lovely. Overall, it's a place to get a haircut coupled with some getaway hours from the busy life, I will definitely come for a perm next time!

I had a good experience at the salon however my hair turned out very badly. I booked the current promotion - cut + digital perm + treatment. The director did not even show me the back of my hair at the end of the session and as I walked out of the salon, I already felt that my hair was very dry. I did not wash my hair until the next day, thinking that my hair condition will get better. However that was not the case. I washed and conditioned my hair the next day, applied hair oil but it didn't improve the situation at all. My hair ends on the side is so fried and the fringe was badly permed. Before I posted this review, I informed the director about my hair condition. But he replied that he does not do perm like this and it's because I rebonded my hair before so it will be very dry. Unfortunately my hair is not just dry, it was fried. The perm was also quite badly done. I was not informed on the kind of treatment done to my hair but aren't treatments supposed to moisture the hair? I visited the salon seeing many good reviews however it had not been for my case. Update: The director had offered compensation. Rating changed to reflect service recovery.

Amazing place, lovely people & fantastic results. Now both of us (female and male) have great hair! We wish you lots of success and a bright future. We highly recommend this salon.

The experience was incredible! Even though I was only there for the root touch - up, I was very satisfied with the results! You need to make an appointment in advance tho (fresha or IG) ! It’s always fully booked!
