Giggle Beans Cafe - Children's amusement center in Ho Chi Minh City

I've been here multiple times, and having both indoor and outdoor spaces makes it a great place to spend time with my kid. The facilities are well-maintained, the staff is friendly, and the food is decent. Easy parking is a huge plus in this area.

Recommend this children play centre that has many options to suit boys and girls. There is a large central ball pit along with slides and obstacle course to keep kids busy and active. Also features many themed play areas to encourage creative play. There are trampolines which and shooting hoops. Good food options for kids and adults which were delicious. Reasonable entry fees. There was a games room catered to older kids. Street parking available. Good place to keep kids occupied for hours.

This is a great kids outlet. Small, but still has everything to keep the kids entertained and it is easy to supervise your kids. Great cafe menu with good food and drink options. Staff are attentive. All areas are kept very clean and tidy. There is also an outdoor section with beer options for the dads 😉

The indoor playground is great for kids. There are different zones and the facilities are quite new and clean. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They go around to clean up the toys and watch the kids. Drink: I ordered milk coffee and it was good Price: 200k/ kid + 1 parent for 3 hours (weekend) and 150k (weekday)

I would rate this place negative infinity if I could, but unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest option. I arrived and was waiting for a table. Meanwhile, my daughter was playing in the outdoor playground area. Suddenly, I noticed that something seemed wrong with her eye. I became extremely nervous and worried. I was preparing to take her to the hospital, so I informed the waitress and asked her to wait for a moment while I checked on my daughter. Her response was that if my daughter played in that area, we would still have to pay the fee. OK, here's the point: 1. Customer safety should be the top priority. 2. The fact that I came to your establishment means I was willing to pay and accepted the fee. I was not expecting anything for free. 3. I understand that your policy may not be wrong, but when a parent is worried about their child's health, showing a little empathy and concern would have been the appropriate response. The issue is not the money. The issue is the complete lack of compassion and understanding in a situation involving a child's well-being. Update 1: My daughter is going to hospital, due to the eyes issue which was happened at this place.
