For short term stays I feel it's a great choice. First and foremost, it's in a fantastic location. Right off Hanoi Highway about two blocks from the Thao Dien Metro and three blocks from Top's market at Thao Dien Pearl Plaza, one of the best markets in TD.\n\nThe apartment, one-bedroom is plenty big for two people. A separate bedroom with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. The kitchen has most of the basics and a full-size refrigerator. The bathroom felt very new with a separate shower and an AC outlet which plenty of properties don't have in the bathroom.\n\nThe living room is good sized and my one negative is that the \"couch\" is more like a bench with a cushion. A real couch that a couple can relax on would really be a nice addition.\n\nThe staff is very friendly and the overall condition of the property is excellent! There is a very decent gym and a sauna available 24/7.
