The service, however, requires major improvement.\n\nWe arrived for a mid-week dinner and ordered an array of dishes, including sashimi, sushi, and rolls, as well as a bottle of sake.\nI’ll start by saying that the sushi was pretty good, but not on par with the pricing and setting. Our favourites were the salmon/wagyu beef uramaki with foie gras and the salmon and tuna belly sashimi, which were nice and fresh. That being said, while the fish was good quality, nothing about the sushi really stood out or felt particularly memorable.\nAs far as the service goes, the theme of the evening was slow and confused. It took a while for us to get the attention of a waiter so we could order, and when we tried to get a recommendation for a bottle of sake, the one we received was a different style from what we had requested. After the sake bottle was presented to us, it sat on the table for quite a while waiting for a staff member to open it and bring an ice bucket. When we finally asked about it, we were basically told to just wait. Our water order was also forgotten until we asked for it again.\n\nWorth a repeat?\nProbably not. At least not at this branch. The food was ok, but the service took away from the overall experience.","2026-3-6",{"author":176,"photos":177,"profile_image":178,"profile_url":9,"rating":146,"source":31,"text":179,"time":180},"Digital Dynasty Media",[],"https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/a-/ALV-UjVK4GUdOHvDg0o9VQLvNizQOErdx0KmpfMQDUwRtAhQgwma8FIV=s120-c-rp-mo-ba12-br100","Great sushi spot especially a place to bring a date and price is reasonable.
