Despite providing reference photos and an AI-generated image of myself with the desired look, and explaining what i want, and what I did not want the result was a disaster.\n\nI explained multiple times that I wanted to keep my length and only add light layers to freshen up ONLY ON THE FRONT.  Instead, the stylist (who seemed to be in a rush for her next appointment) chopped off a significant amount of hair on top, leaving me with an uneven, thin mess that will take 1–2 years to grow back.\n\nTo make matters worse, they charge 450k for a haircut but expect an additional fee just to wash your hair, which should be a standard part of a professional service. The stylist didn't listen to my concerns even when I told her to stop cutting so much. I left in shock.
