It was quite tricky for me to find it. I skipped the first staircases where I should take and went inside where there was no way up. I called the cafe to ask for directions. The whole place was very artistic although the area was dark. Many people were there to take photos. The cafe was quite small and when I was there, most tables were available so I sat on a shared table. I think it would be better to book a table in advance. The staff was friendly. I paid for my drink using QR code to transfer money from my bank account. The drink looked nice and tasted really fresh and good. The cafe was artistic as well. There was a balcony area with the view straight to the state bank which was a huge cold building. People all wanted to take photos there so they took turns to get outside.
