After ordering our desserts and drinks, the uneasy feeling only grew. The entire space is filled with electrical cords and cables — hanging above our heads and sticking out near the corner tables. For a supposedly premium, high-end establishment, this kind of hazard is both unsafe and completely unacceptable.\n\nThe matcha, tea and other drinks were decent, and the service was good. Today I went there for dinner and even so the place was empty I was waiting for the waiter to get my order but no luck. They were all behind the pillar chatting with the manager and no one paid attention to come pick up my order to the point I left the place and had to go for dinner on a near by restaurant. It is sad to see such a nice place which had so high reviews and great service in the past coming to this.
