Great experience for a Japanese breakfast! The waitstaff and chef were both very attentive and welcoming. The meal set comes with unlimited rice, dashi, and green tea. The salmon was perfectly cooked—delicious, juicy, and full of flavor. The chef was also very friendly and even happily posed for a photo with me. 😊 5 stars all around for the food, service, atmosphere, and pricing! Highly recommended!
This is a Japanese grilled salmon breakfast in HCMC district 1. Salmon is freshly grilled but I find the salmon meat a bit too hard. Overall taste plus the mixed of side dishes are good. They operate 7-11am (breakfast only) and if you interested to try, I will suggest you to do advance booking if you coming as a group of more than 3.
