For the price, the portion sizes here are a bit small. But the quality is stellar. I had a classic matcha latte and it was very creamy. I like my matcha strong, so this would suit those who don’t like theirs too sweet.
First time drink matcha latte here and the one I ordered has the name Yakomi Blend, level 3! it has a delicate flavour, and strong matcha taste, but not bitter and also no sweet( can adjust sweet level)! Strongly recommend for matcha lover! Just that I wonder why they do not open in outside area, instead , they have branches in other malls too! Wr can not feel the vibes here but still a pleasant experience!
I really love matcha and I’ve given this place several chances because they do use good-quality matcha. But every time I run into the exact same problem: the drink is ruined by an excessive amount of ice and the staff’s unwillingness to prepare it any other way. They present themselves as a premium matcha café, yet they serve drinks whose flavor is completely drowned out by ice. When you ask for a classic matcha shot or simply less ice, you get the answer: “We don’t do that, it will change the taste.” But the drink is already changed — it becomes watery, flat, and loses all its umami because of the ice. At home I can make the same matcha much better, even though this café specializes exclusively in matcha. The service is also disappointing: any request is met with resistance, as if the customer is inconveniencing them. And this is when the café wasn’t even busy — after me, there were no other guests. I’m really disappointed. For 200,000₫, you expect a drink that highlights the flavor of matcha, not a cup full of melting ice and excuses.
Love the decor of the place, even though it’s in the middle of the shopping strip, but still able to create the zen feelings when sitting there.
