I have to be honest, its not easy going to another country and having implants dobe, so to say it was all fantastic would be a lie, but after getting my permanent teeth put in, i would do it again in a heartbeat. Yes there were tears and tantrums from me, but looking back they bent over backwards to try to accommodate. I honestly didn't think my teeth would work out for me, but could not be happier with end result. Its not always a smooth journey, but worth it in the end. Highly rated, and i do apologize to the team especially the dentist for my tantrums at times

From my first contact to the final placement of temporary teeth in stage one of my surgery treatment plan has been nothing short of amazing. I have been treated like royalty. The planning right from the start with visas being sorted for me and picked up at the airport and rushed straight through the immigration VIP line.Phoebe my interpreter was waiting with a beautiful smile and a bunch of flowers for my wife. We were escorted to our motel and assisted with our check in. The next morning we were picked up and taken to the clinic for a consultation and a plan to start the process for all on 4 on my bottom row and all on 6 for my top row. Mina was absolutely amazing in consulting and guiding me through what would work best for my jaw line after years of having no back teeth. From day one with the surgery till the final day of the fitment of my temporary teeth the care and professional of all the staff at True Smile Dental is second to none. Phoebe was in contact with us every day and our cars arrived every day on time and when we arrived at the clinic we were greeted with coffee and our appointments were on time every day with no waiting. My Interpreter Phoebe is a bloody legend. She is all over it and with the amount of clients she has to look after at the same time she never misses a beat. I can’t wait to return in a few months to have my permanent titanium bar and Zirconia teeth fitted. Well done True Smile you’ve definitely put a smile back on my dial.

Honestly this place has changed my life for the better I carnt thank the team enough here for the level of service iv been provided throughout. The way the team have my needs at their heart. The level of professionalism. The clinic is spotless clean they use all modern equipment. The help i recieved with a designated translator (Phoebe big shout out to her). About my treatment iv had implants done the whole procedure has been a walk in the park the dentists took care of me the 3d scans I had taken before I even sat down to discuss what was best for me with Mina(she was also wonderful). We sat down and discussed prices and what worked better for me and my remaining teeth to get me back the perfect true smile 😁. I would highly recommend these guys and girls if your thinking of dental work in Vietnam as I will be recommending them to all my friends and family for future dental work with a nice holiday while its getting done. Treatment was done within 7/10 days they gave me a little after-care pack with proper medication and just made me feel like I am important and they where always there for me.
