Pepper Lunch Estella Place - Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Ask the server to wipe the tables because its sticky but they refuse saying they have already wiped it then i used my wet wipe to wipe the table it came out pitched black

No matter which branch I go to, the taste is always consistent and reliable. I’ve been enjoying it for quite a while. If you order a set menu, keep in mind that it already comes with rice and mashed potatoes.
