Pizza Hut - Pizza restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I came on a Monday evening for dinner and ordered a personal pan pizza. The atmosphere was nice, the employee was helpful in telling me to write a Google review for a free menu item.

I made a quick decision and went here. It was lunch time so it was fairly empty. Lovely and super patient waitress (presumably a trainee) that kind of stood there when my friend and I argued about how the menu worked. Furthermore, she encouraged us to make a 5-star review for free food, which would be tampering with the reviews but hey, we got our free food AND drink. The menu (specifically the combos) was quite confusing; it said ONE pizza from [catalogue 1] AND [catalogue 2] (i didn't remember which one precisely) and found out some of them could not be halved. We continued regardless with a pesto pizza and other stuff. Lovely food, pizza's a bit too greasy for my type, everything else is lovely. Price is a bit higher than I expected (but for a chain restaurant, i had no choice). Everything else went smoothly. Would go again.

We came to the restaurant for the first time and did not know how to order. We asked for buy 1 get 1 free deal for the pizza and they did not tell us that if you want the deal you can’t dine in. Besides, they knew I was going to be a new member which would get a 80,000 vnđ voucher for the payment, but nobody said anything until I paid then I noticed and asked them, they said that I was already a member. At the end, they politely asked us to leaving while it was raining

There is nothing to discuss about the food because it tastes delicious like all Pizza Hut chains. But the restaurant should train the staff better, quite unstable, there is no good arrangement when customers come to see the menu and new dishes or incentives for guests, creating a very uncomfortable feeling.! Hopefully there will be correct improvements according to the "Signature” concept

Good pizzas. Chicken wings were good too. There is a birthday party room for kids upstairs. It's busy in the evening on a Sunday night. The garlic bread slices were smaller than the picture, probably half the size. It's less than the size of the dishes diameter, maybe half of that. You will end up ordering more of the garlic bread. The portions were small, not comparable to the US. The personal pan size was slightly smaller than in the US, but the taste was very good, same as in the US or a little better. The chicken wings choices were all spicy except the Vietnamese style, which tastes really good, not bad at all. If you want to try pizzas like the US you can't go wrong with this familiar restaurant name back in the US. Recommended.
