Not sure if this is a touristy restaurant, the moment I arrived I could only see tourists. Anyway my friend a local also recommended this place with good Vietnamese cuisine so we decided to pay a visit. Very bright and bold decor which I liked it, walls filled with murals. Had a look at the menu, they have quite a variety so took some time to decide and also asked for recommendations. We wanted to order a few dishes to share and the staff advised us we ordered too much as the portions could be quite big. We took the advice and cut down on the items ordered. Food didn't take long to arrive, first the drinks then the mains. Quite interesting there was a shake with protein powder added, and a mint lemonade which was not too bad. The chicken rolls was their signature not what I thought off as the fresh spring rolls kind, but was pretty good tasted healthy with avocado inside. The BBQ pork noodles were good, tasty and flavourful. It resembles like Bun Cha to me but my friend said it was not. Also first time trying the broken rice. Unique experience and taste, grains were finer but then has a glutinous rice like texture. The chicken served with the rice had a good sauce on it, pretty good. It was really very filling and thank good we listened to the staff advice. We were too full from the meal and the prices were very reasonable too. Great meal and would recommend this place.

I had an exceptional experience at Propaganda Vietnamese! 🤩 The food was absolutely delicious and bursting with authentic flavors. 🍜 The service was prompt and incredibly friendly, making me feel very welcome. 😊 The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, truly enhancing the meal. ✨
Propaganda is a restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City. We ordered the daily special, cơm tấm with grilled pork ribs, and bánh xèo. The pork was incredibly tender and honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten in Vietnam. We only tried two dishes, but both were so good that I’m sure the rest of the menu is great too. The seasoning was perfect, and all the sauces went really well with the food. The next time I come back to Vietnam with my girlfriend, I’m definitely planning to visit this place again. Highly recommended.
I had a great experience at Propaganda. The food was really enjoyable — fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. You can tell they focus on simple Vietnamese dishes but elevate them with quality ingredients and a bit of creativity. The vibe here is definitely one of the highlights. The whole place is filled with colorful propaganda-style artwork and murals, which makes it feel vibrant and unique compared to typical restaurants. Sitting here, especially with the view overlooking the park, gives a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Service was also great — the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. Another thing worth mentioning is the variety on the menu. They have a good mix of classic Vietnamese dishes like spring rolls, noodle salads, and rice bowls, and everything is made with fresh local ingredients, which really comes through in the taste. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for good food, a lively vibe, and a slightly more polished Vietnamese dining experience. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to.
All dishes were tasty and full of flavour. Ambience was colourful. I loved the wall arts. Menu had a large selection of Vietnamese traditional dishes. Can get busy and bookings would be preferable.
