The salesperson was quite condescending as she explained their breads to me and most of everything else she said 😁 I bought anyway as I wanted to see if the bread's that good for her to have that kind of tone and it was new year, I wanted to give them one more purchase as good luck wish (maybe I was condescending too 🙃) I am not an expert in sourdough and i guess it was very thin line easily crossed between explaining proudly of your products and talking arrogantly to those who did not really know them, but all those aside, it was not that impressive and tasty for me to come again.
