This was my first time here, and today we ordered 3 types of sushi and miso soup ramen. Here’s my honest opinion and why I’m giving it 1 star: 1- The sushi was way too salty: all three types were overly salty. Maybe the beef one was slightly less salty, but overall everything was much saltier than sushi from other places. 2- The hygiene: the place was full of flies, which really made me question the cleanliness. If the seating area has that many flies, it honestly makes you wonder about the kitchen. Even the cup of ice came dirty, we couldn’t even use it for water (refer to the picture). 3- The miso soup ramen: it didn’t taste like miso at all. They added way too much sesame, which usually shouldn’t be like that in miso ramen. The noodles didn’t even feel like proper ramen noodles, just regular noodles. As well as, the meat had a lot of fats. On top of that, it had a lot of unnecessary vegetables that don’t really belong in Japanese ramen, so I was honestly confused about why it was made that way. 4- The price compared to the quality: it was definitely not worth the price. It honestly felt painful paying that much for this level of quality when I could’ve had a much better meal elsewhere for the same price. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. I really hope this place improves. Thank you.

Reviews
Saw the high review so wanted to give it a try to see if its a hidden gem that will be better then Hokkaido chain since I already clean out their menu many times so here is my feedback. Prices are comparable with a big menu to choose from but the freshness and taste is not comparable. If Hokkaido was a 10, this would be an 8.
The combos are a pretty good deal. Everything we had was quite fresh and flavorful. The steamed egg cup was a bit salty for me, but my partner loved it. I’d kill a man for a steady supply of the cheese ice cream bars, I’ll be honest. The pomegranate orange wine cocktail on the autumn menu was good but the chocolate martini was better. Excellent service and a very comfortable interior.
Trust me i really wanted to love this place because it was near my hotel. I am really picky when choosing sushi restaurants. The place is very modern and dishes look great when they come out. With that being said the sushi is average at best. For the same high price of Hokkaido chains, you get lesser quality sushi. I still give it 3 stars because the food wasn’t awful it just wasn’t worth the money.
Absolutely amazing experience! The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. Every piece was full of flavor and showed great attention to detail. The chefs are clearly very skilled and passionate about their work. The restaurant atmosphere was elegant and comfortable, making it a perfect place for both casual dining and special occasions. The staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive. Overall, this is one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever visited. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves high-quality Japanese food. I will definitely come back again!
