Countryside food of apple snails cooked in peppercorn sauce, small crabs minced and cooked in soup, and many other dishes. Free flow of juice drinks. Snails, crab and prawns harvested from PADI fields as I was told.

The Cua Đồng hotpot taste much better than expected. Im a picky eater but this one is delicious. The service is also great, the waitress would come over and help you with hotpot.

I had bowl of bún riêu cua ốc. Recommended if you're dining solo. Flavour is: unreal, light, delicate yet full of flavour. Inside the broth contains pulverised crab meat, a stuffed field crab, snails and a block of blood. You can taste the crab in the broth. You won't be able to find any restaurant that makes it like this back in Australia.

Crab hotpot that's pretty good. Only downside to our family meal was that we were seated upstairs (downstairs was too full) but they hadn't cooled the room yet with AC and there seems to be mosquitos floating about.
