Taste of SaiGon - Vietnamese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Ordered 1 phở and drip coffee. Shop has two customers, myself and an infant I waited for 15 min for pho. I had to call waiting staff who was leaning at the wall gluing on her phone Pho was ok. Atmosphere is good. But wait time is killing the breakfast mood Coming back? Maybe not because of the wait. Imagine when it is full of customers. The wait will even be longer.

It is one of the best restaurants in Vinhomes Central. The staff are friendly, and you can enjoy a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes. The ingredients are fresh, which makes me feel reassured. The prices are not cheap, but the portions are generous, so ordering just one dish is enough.

One of my favorite local restaurants in Vietnam — simple, authentic, and always satisfying. 🇻🇳 This dish is one of the reasons I keep coming back. Fresh herbs, crisp vegetables, soft rice noodles, fragrant grilled meat, and perfectly fried shallots all come together so well. Every ingredient tastes fresh and balanced ties everything together beautifully. What I love most about Vietnamese local food is that it feels light, flavorful, and comforting at the same time. No unnecessary presentation — just honest food made really well!

I have visited this restaurant various times and it is always a pleasant dinning! The restaurant offers diverse of Vietnamese food. The portion is big, food is tasty. Especially, i love the “bún thịt nướng” there! The menu is clearly stated with price and pictures which make the ordering process easier. The service is top! Staffs are all attentive and take well care of the customers. The Vietnamese gentleman who is currently the restaurant manager is very cheerful, welcomed and kind. Recommended! ;)

Our family came to dine at taste of Saigon. We really like the staff here. They’re cheerful, attentive, detail oriented and very lovely. The food is delicious and fresh just as we expected.
