If you see the second-floor sign (pictured), look immediately below it and there will be a smaller sign for Teaspoon, over a small and unassuming staircase, which is how you’ll get up to the second floor. Directly in front of this staircase is a tiny food stall with stools and people eating, so in my case I had to dodge and weave between the diners to reach the staircase, which is why initially I didn’t immediately find it (I was sure they wouldn’t put the staircase behind a seating area on the sidewalk 😂).
