Tucked away in the famous little alleys of Little Japan Town, the location is half the magic. It feels like a secret escape from the Saigon rush—intimate, cozy, and effortlessly cool.\n\nWe started with the Bruschetta with chicken liver and the marinated Kochi blue fin tuna. Both were, in a word, incredible. We ordered more bruschetta! The richness of the liver pate against the crunch of the bread was perfectly balanced, and the tuna was remarkably fresh, highlighting the chef's keen eye for quality ingredients.\n\nFor the mains, we couldn't resist the classics:\n\nParmesan Risotto: Creamy, rich, and cooked to a perfect al dente texture that's often hard to find.\n\nCarbonara: Authentic and indulgent with Khanh Hoa boar pancetta. Exactly what a soul-warming pasta should be.\n\nTo top it all off, the desserts were amazing, providing a sweet exclamation point to a stellar meal. Crème brûlée was great!\n\nThe wine selection is impressive and paired beautifully with our meal.\n\nThe service is warm, and the vibe of the place split between a lively counter downstairs and more relaxed seating upstairs made it perfect for a date or a focused foodie session.\n\nThe only slight disappointment in an otherwise flawless evening was the lack of traditional Italian digestives like Grappa, or even a selection of Japanese whisky to finish the night. Maybe I got lost in translation but there was nothing on the menu.\n\nThis did not affect my experience at all. It was awesome.
