We heard that the owner is Japanese, and since we have a long history with Japan, we were curious to visit. We definitely weren't disappointed.\n\nThe restaurant has a fun, authentic Japanese izakaya atmosphere. The local female staff had worked and studied in Japan, so they all spoke Japanese! We spent the whole meal chatting with them in Japanese, and we had a wonderful time laughing and enjoying the conversation.\n\nEvery dish we ordered and we ordered almost everything on the menu was delicious and full of authentic Japanese flavors.
