The eel was incredible—super tender and delicious.\nLittle tip: definitely order it with the egg topping and eat it with their dashi broth—it's super tasty and elevates the whole meal! On top of that, the staff was extremely attentive and thoughtful throughout our dinner.\nMy only slight regret is that they open a bit late at 5:00 PM, so you can't drop by for lunch. When a restaurant keeps its menu this focused, it usually means they are confident in what they do best.\n\nDuring our visit, we ordered the Wagyu Don and the Wagyu Unagi Don, and both dishes were outstanding. The Wagyu was undoubtedly the star of the meal. Perfectly cooked, tender, and packed with flavour, every bite simply melted in the mouth. The quality of the beef was evident from the very first bite and left a lasting impression.\n\nThe Wagyu Unagi Don was equally enjoyable. The rich and buttery Wagyu paired surprisingly well with the sweet and smoky unagi, creating a combination that felt indulgent yet balanced. It is the perfect choice for anyone who cannot decide between the two.\n\nWhat I loved most was the restaurant's confidence in keeping things simple. There are no distractions, no overly complicated menu, just quality ingredients executed exceptionally well.\n\nThe food looked every bit as good as it tasted.
