I know drinks aren’t their main things there but drinks are pricy compared to the quality, drinks are too sweet. Like the smoothie in the photo was just mostly ice. I dropped a pastry on the floor once and suggested to pay for it but a staff told me I didn’t have to, yet she still made this eye contact to another staff in front of me indicating being annoyed

Morning promo at Artisan is really tempting. A sandwich at full price and a cup of coffee at 50 percent discount make it a good value for money. Also my hot takeaway cappuccino was good with a cinnamon sprinkle on top.

This is the second time they failed to properly close the coffee lid, and I ended up spilling it all over. On top of that, I paid in cash, and the cashier forgot to give me my change. She even claimed she had already given it to me, five minutes later, she apologized and returned the money. The staff are completely unprofessional, unskilled, and clearly have no idea what they’re doing.

I went there for coffee which was soooo bad. Staff didn´t care and so does management.
