Value for money hotel in quieter location of HCM. Many mosquitoes in room as room was left open before check-in. Had the ground floor room G01, just behind reception area, with no window. Spacious room that came with a mini pantry/kitchenette area. Not very clean, somewhat dusty upon check-in. Has lots of cobweb on the wall & ceiling. But subsequent days' housekeeping did a good job with cleaning & made up for the sub-standard cleanliness on check-in day. Mattress is the hard type but comfortable for me. Many channels on tv with good signal. Wifi in room was also good. The shower area is not partitioned so the basin area gets wet after shower. Water pressure is good though. Would be good if shower area has shelf to put stuff. Located in district 7, a quieter & less chaotic area compared with D1. It's about 8km to Ben Thanh area, around 20 mins Grab ride away. The surrounding area has many Korean eateries & mini marts, as well as local items. The day receptionist, Na (if I got her name right), always had a smiling face & courteous.
