Sorry but this probably the worst Fried Korean Chicken I’ve ever had.

We’ve enjoyed Bonchon elsewhere, but this location was a letdown. Poor service, loud staff, and no AC while dining. Food took too long despite an empty restaurant. Won’t be back.

We went in at 1130 when the store was all empty. They placed us right under the AC. We asked for another table but were refused because apparently the rest of the store was reserved. We found out later that it wasn't and that they even had 2nd floor. Rude service. Not coming back. Phuong tram was her name.

Recommend fries and salad. The fried chicken has a crispy skin and rich flavor, but the inside is a bit bland and not very flavorful.

It's not first or 2 time to eat this frenchise. Always eat with 2 sauce and original (no sauce). Bad service, choose 2 sauce and original(no sauce), get it out wrong (3 sauce), still insist to tell them correct. Instead giving better solution, PIC keep asking that the place that i'm eating before serve like as we say, like i'm not telling the truth. It's not about the sauce, it's about the way you treat your customer. Im paying not asking for free just because you serve wrong output, but get treated as a liar. New place, Bad service.
