The restaurant is a bit hidden, we did not know its there even tho we walk every single day. We are really happy with the food we order and the service. Definitely will come back

Brio nằm ở tầng hai của một tòa nhà khá mới, khuất sâu trong một con hẻm nhỏ gần Thảo Điền — dễ đi ngang mà không để ý. Không gian bên trong thiên về phong cách tối và hiện đại: bề mặt nhám mờ, ánh đèn được sắp xếp có chủ đích, tạo cảm giác chỉn chu hơn phần lớn các quán Italian bình dân trong khu vực mà không đến mức quá trang trọng. Điểm thú vị khá thực dụng là chiếc máy rót rượu đặt gần quầy bar, cho phép thực khách thử nhiều loại vang khác nhau theo từng ly mà không cần gọi cả chai.
Tay nghề bếp Ý ở đây đứng vững khi xét kỹ. Carbonara được làm đúng kiểu Rome: guanciale, trứng, không kem — điều hiếm thấy ở Sài Gòn khi phiên bản có kem thường là mặc định. Lamb ragu và bolognese liên tục được khen về độ sâu vị, còn đế pizza đủ dày để ăn hết cả phần viền. Beef carpaccio và pasta tôm sốt kem là những món đáng chú ý qua các lần ghé gần đây. Caesar salad thì kém ấn tượng hơn — bỏ qua cũng không tiếc.
Giá trị là điểm được nhắc đến nhiều trong các đánh giá, nhất là với format set lunch ba món: trình bày đẹp, giá bình dân cho một bữa ăn trong xóm hơn là dịp đặc biệt. Cùng cấu trúc thực đơn đó cũng xuất hiện vào cuối tuần dưới tên 'weekday set', mở rộng thêm khung giờ để ghé thử. Phục vụ nhanh và chu đáo. Phòng ăn thường yên tĩnh hơn so với chất lượng món ăn — điều này làm nơi đây phù hợp với những bữa ăn cần trò chuyện nhiều — hẹn hò hay ăn trưa bàn công việc — hơn là bàn tiệc đông người. Nhà hàng có cả chỗ ngồi trong nhà lẫn ngoài trời.

We visited based on a friend's recommendation, and it doesn't seem like they run ads, but the meal far exceeded our expectations. The pizza was so good I even ate the crust (and I’m usually the type to skip it as normally it's too dry to me). Also loved the beef carpaccio and creamy shrimp pasta. The vibes are great, though it’s probably better suit for a date night than a loud girls' night. Highly suggested if you want a quiet spot or a perfect date location.
This place was a pleasant surprise! We walked on craving some Italian and they exceeded our expectation on the main dishes: Lamb Ragu 10/10 & Bolognese 9/10, soooo good. The Caesar Salad was a bit underwhelming but we easily saw past that with the main dishes. Also for some reason this place was EMPTY, we were seated alone (not complaining)? So confused why such an amazing spot had no one else seated. Highly recommend!
The restaurant is located on the second floor of a newly built building in a small alley. The food is excellent, and they offer a "weekday set menu" on weekends, which is very cost-effective. The "weekday set menu" also has a wide selection of dishes. In addition, you also can choose the pizza, pasta, burgers, papani, and sushi. The ambiance and service are both pleasant, and there are both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Nice set-lunch options! 👍 Value for money 💚 Selection of appetizers especially (parma, vitello tonato, carpaccio). And pasta, of course.... I woul prefer cup of coffee instead of desert for the conclusion, but dolce is also fine. Definitely great place!
